What support is available?
The Process

School staff complete referral on The Exchange website giving some basic information.

A Learning Advisor will contact the parent/carer to gather more information and then onboard them if suitable. If the EBSA support is suitable the parent/carer will be onboarded. If better suited for more general support, they will be directed to the Moray Parent Project.

As part of onboarding the parent/carer will be sent a Welcome Pack which gives them further information on the support and how to access the programmes.

Throughout the process, an Exchange Learning Advisor will be on hand to answer any questions.
